This property had endured significant wood damage over time, requiring extensive repairs before painting could begin. The goal was to restore the timber elements while ensuring long-term protection against future weathering.

The Transformation

To address the damage, Toupret fillers were used alongside Timbabuild epoxy putty, reinforcing weakened areas and ensuring a solid base for finishing. Once the repairs were complete, Zinsser BIN Primer was applied for superior adhesion and stain blocking. The final coatings were completed with Sikkens solvent-based Satin, providing a smooth, durable, and weather-resistant finish.
